Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. Once processed, we weave your towel in our textile mill and ship it directly to you. Domestic shipping typically takes up to 5-8 business days, with exact delivery estimates shown at checkout.

    Due to ongoing global supply chain challenges, shipping times may occasionally be longer than usual.

  • Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200.

  • At this time, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally in the future.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds as long as you reach out within 30 days of delivery.

  • A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.

  • In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

    In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

    In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

  • Yes! Our towels are made of 100% cotton and washer and dryer safe. We recommend washing on cold, tumble drying on low, and never using bleach.

  • Yes! All of our towels are eligible for our bundle discount. Buy 3 towels and get the 4th towel free.
